The Invisible Wounds Project is proud to present the Ride Against Suicide, a 4-day, 245+ mile bicycle ride. The Ride Against Suicide is a bicycle ride that starts in Zumbrota, MN and travels through Western Wisconsin and back to Minnesota ending at the Invisible Wounds Project Support Center in Forest Lake, MN.

Timeline: 

• Wednesday, September 23rd – Zumbrota to Hudson
  Thursday,
• September 24th – Hudson to Menomonie
• Friday, September 25th – Menomonie to Chetek
• Saturday, September 26th – Chetek to Columbus, MN – Concert For a Cause

The Mission:

• Raise awareness for veteran and first responder suicide
• Raise awareness for the services available to military, police, fire, EMS, frontline medical staff, corrections, 911 dispatch and their families through the Invisible Wounds Project
• Honor and remember veterans and first responders lost to suicide and in the line of duty deaths
