At the Invisible Wounds Project (IWP), we serve thousands of veterans, first responders, frontline medical staff, corrections, 911 dispatchers, and their families throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin, meeting these heroes’ needs right where they are. To make this possible, it truly takes a village, and there are many meaningful ways to get involved. Individuals and businesses can support our mission by making a donation, becoming a volunteer, sponsoring an event or program, or joining as a member to sustain our ongoing work. With an average cost of $500 to support just one member, every level of engagement helps ensure we can continue delivering lifesaving resources at no cost to our heroes. Another powerful way to help is by donating to the programs offered through IWP at our Support Center, which provides healing, connection, and hands-on support to our hero community. No matter how you choose to support, every contribution makes a direct impact on those who sacrifice so much for us.
