Scott is a pre-licensed mental health therapist specializing in work with first responders, veterans, and other high-stress service professionals. He is a retired police officer with over 35 years of experience in fitness, wellness, and coaching, bringing an integrated, whole-person perspective to client care.

Scott holds an AS in Integrative Health and Healing, a BS in Sociology, Kinesiology, and Rhetoric, and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. His clinical training includes trauma- informed and evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Simplified Emotional Freedom Techniques (SEFT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

Scott has contributed content to national wellness organizations and has experience presenting on topics including resilience, stress management, trauma-informed care, and integrated wellness. He currently practices as a mental health therapist at Sunrise Wellness.
