Volunteers at the Invisible Wounds Project are the heart of our mission. They help create a welcoming, safe space by greeting members, offering peer support, assisting with daily center operations, and supporting programs like art classes, groups, and events. Most importantly, our volunteers show up with compassion, empathy, and a willingness to meet people exactly where they are.
